This is the only other picture
which I have of Granny and Granda Stephen together. I think they
might be at a wedding, the date on the back of the picture is 14th April
1949(8?). From Deirdre - 14th April 1948 was my
parents' [Betty and Richie Smith] wedding.
I've put this in twice, once to show the background and once for a higher resolution of the couple. |
| There are also little girls at the
top of the stairs, but they look too old to be any of my sisters or
cousins.
Again from Deirdre - The little girl on the stairs could have been my father's sister, Moira, or Sandra Buchan. (Betty Buchan was one of my mother's bridesmaids). |
