Microlights are go!
I bought Paul a flight voucher for his nth birthday - finally the weather and the temperatures colluded to allow take-off.
The first shot is of Stirling Castle, with the Wallace Monument in the back ground. Also visible are the meanderings of the River Forth as it crosses the Carse, and the Hillfoots. It's pointless for me to ramble on here about sites and sights, but for those of you who know the area - see below. Paul is still slim - the suit was padded and heated by battery. Cumbernauld Airport is a great place if plane spotting is your thing, it has a wee cafe on the second floor with a great view of the hills and the runway, along the course of Antonine's Wall.
